This is sort of a bonus video today. News broke yesterday that a plane had been shot down, an American fighter plane had been shot down over Iran. It's an F-15 strike eagle. And I thought, you know, the Americans are so good at rescuing their pilots after they get shot down. They learned a lot from past wars, especially in Vietnam. But that's not the case. Let's find out what's really going on in Iran with this airplane that's gone down. A US F-15E strike eagle was shut down over Iran, as you can see on the map. The video making the first confirmed loss of the U.S. inside Iran during this current war. Now, the pilot has been rescued. What remains now is they're looking for the weapons officer, and he's the uh person that sits behind the pilot on the F-15E strike eagle. So he or she is now on the ground, and the United States is on the hunt to find him or her and rescue them. I'm sure the Israelis are involved as well. Here's two articles just confirming that um the airplane had gone down. Uh CNN has video showing the chair. And we don't know if that chair that's on the screen on the on the picture from CNN on the right side, if that is the pilot's seat or uh the weapons officer that's missing right now. A10 war hog that was hit and had to bailout in the Persian Gulf. If you don't know what an A-110 Warhog, that's a ground attack aircraft, probably in support of the rescue. And that that is the doing of that A-10. The airmen that's miss the air person or woman or man that's missing right now. Obviously, the Iranians are also looking for them desperately, trying to capture them, as you can see in the Washington Post article that it looks like Iran TV is announcing that or broadcasting there's a reward for the capture of the missing crew member. This is something that the Americans want to avoid at all costs because this will complicate and as I said, uh, will definitely uh escalate this war for sure. Of course, the Iranians are trying to capitalize on this news for proper propaganda purposes by saying that there was also additional kills, including multiple F-35s, uh US um that's all be that that that didn't happen. We would have heard about it, especially in the US media, if there were multiple planes shot down. Right now we're only dealing with 35 strike eagle and the one missing crew member, uh, which is the weapons officer. The US A-10 Warhog, like I said, a ground attack aircraft has missiles and gatling gun at the tip of its, as you can see from its teeth in the front, with the decal looking like a shark. It was providing support for the rescue mission, and it was hit and the pilot was forced to eject over the Persian Gulf. That pilot's been recovered safely, and that is the news article just uh confirming what happened. So when you're flying low altitude, 100 feet off the ground, 200 feet off the ground, you can get hit by anything, uh missiles, machine guns, it it can happen. And uh considering all the sorties or missions that they've been flying into around, I think if the numbers up to 20,000, this should have already happened a long time ago, but it's amazing that it they've only had one. In addition to the A-10 Warog being hit, we have two Black Hawk helicopters were also hit by Iranian fire. Again, helicopters will flying. They sustained damage, but they returned safely to their base. And there's the news article announcing that situation had taken place, which is damage to the uh both aircraft. Lower picture is the actual aircraft. That is the F-15 Strike Eagle. It's a multi-role aircraft, it's a fighter and a ground attacker. Barely, it's frontline equipment. The Israelis use the F-15 and in other countries, but the other countries, again from the United States, get a downgraded version, not with all the bells and whistles. And you can see some of the pieces of the aircraft that are taken by sources on the ground in Iran to prove that the plane had crashed in Iran. So as you can see from this news article here, um President Trump has warned Iran that the United States has not even started destroying what's left over, uh, threatened that these utility infrastructure will be destroyed if they don't come to an agreement. Now, with this claim going down, I think that changes everything. I've seen reports that the president has issued uh 48 hours for the Iranians a deal, if not, he says in his social posting that all hell will break loose in Iran. The Straits of Parmos remains partially closed, spiking um global oil prices. We're feeling it here in Canada, intensifying uh U.S. pressure to reopen the straits and um the oil by force. Uh, President Trump has no appetite for getting involved in the straits. He's told European leaders to get involved, other countries to get involved. United States, much going through those straits for the United States. So he feels that he needs to focus on other areas within Iran and not focus on the straits. So, as he said, and other countries that depend on the strait and are affected by the strait, like China, they should get involved in the region, has already surpassed 5,100 with pancreature traffic and commodity supply chains severely disrupted, and nothing has changed. We're still in the same situation we were four weeks ago regarding the Straits of Hormones rescue, or try to help the United States or help anybody get those ships through, and that is a big problem. Support for the war in the United States was already weak, as you can see from this uh survey here that was done. It's at 41% versus 97% World War II, again, Afghanistan war 92%, Iraq war 76%, Korean War, Libya intervention, and you can see 41%. There's still protests happening in the United States against the war. And now, with this plane being shot down and others being shot down trying to rescue the weapons officer, that is going to only intensify this week and the next few days for sure. I can see um a lot of government officials and politicians questioning the whole scenario that's going on there in Iran. I think the president and his administration are going to be under a lot of pressure uh to get this over with as soon as possible without any casualties, especially now that the ground forces are in position to strike within Iran, uranium, or uh maybe um take over some of the facilities on the ground or destroy them. But something's got to happen short missed war for sure. I wanted to bring you this quick show because things can't change at the moment that I'm doing this episode for you. Nothing has changed. They're still looking for the weapons officer's uh mission uh priority going on, rescue, and there's no one better at rescuing their people on the ground than the United States, especially when planes go down in enemy territory behind enemy lines. They have a lot of experience at it, they got a lot of sophistication. They constantly train not only the people that undertake the rescues, but the pilots and crew, they go through intense training to make sure they can be recovered and rescued. Let me know your thoughts and comments on what's going on. This just uh jumped on the screen yesterday, but now it looks like it's getting worse. And I wanted to bring to you to this to you. Thanks for watching. Be safe, and we'll see you on the next one.
